Working on Second Dossier!!

Our adoption coordinator called at the beginning of the week and told me to start working on a second dossier! Their facilitator in Russia is from the region of Perm and will be visiting at the end of the month and would like to hand deliver our dossier while he is there. We decided that we don't have much to lose and then we'll just wait and see which region has referrals for us first. The great news is that the documents required for Perm are almost identical to Volgograd. I have everything together and I am just waiting for a little guidance from our coordinator and then I will be ready to send everything for apostille.
