Let's talk about the pressure cooker again.

I made the chicken recipe I mentioned earlier in 12 minutes. Okay, I confess, start to finish was probably around 30 because I had to saute the onions and brown the chicken, but a whole chicken was cooked in 12 minutes. Twelve minutes!! Can you believe that? Oh, and it was good. Moist. Tender. Everything you want in a piece of chicken.

Hmmmm.....what shall I cook next?
