When Lilly was just a baby I planted several varieties of day lilies in our garden. She was only 4 or 5 months old at the time and I remember getting a wild hare, loading her and Ryan into the van and taking a trip to the local nursery to buy them. I got halfway through this project and realized that I had bitten off too much, but I finally got them in the ground that day. This year they are in full bloom and gorgeous, but I don't think they have anything on Lilly.

I agree. There is nothing that can compare to those bright eyes and curly hair. Beautiful little girl but the flower is pretty too.
I still can't believe how big Lilly is getting! It seems like yesterday that she was only a little thing and could barely hold herself up...now look at her! Time flys..
Hey Marcy, I got your comment you left on my blog. I had such a wonderful time, and I can picure Ryan saying that with is little pouty face. Aawww - I miss those kids already! Well tell the kids hello from me and hopefully I'll get to see you all in October. Send me a letter sometime and I'll send a picture to Ryan of the both of us....
