Why I like to sew.

I found this little top back in the fall online, but didn't order it immediately. I finally did back in January and I love it as much as I thought I would when I first saw it. Lilly has worn it several times and she has received many compliments on it. I started wondering if I could make one too, but couldn't find a pattern for it online or in any of the pattern books.

Hmmm....could I make a pattern?
